EIS "INFOINVENT" may be attended by research and innovation and pre-university, university and post-university education institutions, enterprises and organizations with various forms of ownership, scientists, inventors, entrepreneurs, teachers, students, pupils, as well as other stakeholders, both from the Republic of Moldova and abroad.

Those wishing to participate in the ISE “INFOINVENT 2025” will complete and send to the e-mail address infoinvent@agepi.gov.md the following documents:

a) application for participation (), signed by the participant;

b) standard contract for participation in the ISE “INFOINVENT 2025” (), signed by the participant;

c) form for registration in the Official Catalog of ISE “INFOINVENT 2025” () for each work, submitted to be exhibited at the exhibition, completed by the participant.

Poster dimensions: width: maximum 0.90 m;  length: maximum 1.0 m.

The participants in the exhibition are personally responsible for the veracity of the information presented in the application for participation and the form for registration in the Official Catalogue.

The deadline for submitting documents for participation in the exhibition:  August 25 - November 10, 2025.

The exhibits presented will be published in the Official Catalog of ISE “INFOINVENT” which will be posted on the official website https://infoinvent.md/.

The forum will take place at I.E.C. "Moldexpo" S.A., Chișinău, 1, Ghioceilor Str.

The opening ceremony and the award ceremony of the ISE "INFOINVENT-2025" laureates will be recorded and broadcast online.
